I had my first assignment today from my short story writing class. I thought I’d share it with you and I’d love to see what you’ll write.
The assignment: Write a Short Story in Six Words
My story:
“Black ice, tires squeal, crimson drifts.”

45 and Aspiring, my story is autobiographical about my husband’s death. Your story is so painful to think about a child experiencing such trauma is almost more than anyone can bear.
