Thanks everyone for the comments. After two unseasonably, warm beautifully sunny days and my increasing familiarity with the new blogging platform, I’m starting to feel lots better and your comments always help.
I thought today I’d explain a little bit about the categories here. “Daily Diary” is where I’m going to do the bulk of my writing on my day to day life on the farm. “Mountain Man” is going to focus solely on what he’s doing. It might be pictures of him at work, a recipe or two or, if you have any questions, he’d love to answer them. “Share Your Hearts” is going to be a very special section to me. Basically, it’s our forum. I’ll post prayer requests, feature Etsy shops, have guest posts and contests as well. The main page has the most recent posts from each section of this blog and all you have to do is click the picture and it will take you to the section you want to see.
I put up a new “follow this blog” widget for those who are interested in visiting through Google Friend Connect. Or, if you prefer, you can subscribe to the RSS feed. The Entrecard widget is still here as are the CMF ads for those who participate in either of those forums. I’m updating my blog roll daily and I hope to have you all back on the list soon. I really appreciate your patience through the move.
I hope that helps and you can always email me at redpinemountainatgmail.com with your thoughts and questions.
But, I can’t say goodbye without posting some photos. Here’s a few from a walk in the woods yesterday.

Thanks for taking us along on your walk, looks like Spring has finally arrived on Red Pine Mountain! It makes me want to get out in the woods again. Happy first day of Spring!

Thanks for the e-mail. I signed up under your new Google thingy and now I should be getting notices whenever you post!
Loved the walk in the woods with you. All that new life budding and peeking out from under last year’s leafy blanket brings a sense of contentment, doesn’t it! What it says to me is that no matter what is going on in this old world, our Creator is still in control.

I just love walks in the woods and enjoyed this one so much. The pictures are beautiful.
Your new site is wonderful. I can’t wait to see some of Mountain Man’s recipes.
Have a great weekend.

I love, love your blog’s new look.
And it looks like your snow has finally gone bye-bye. Good for you! Now if our Saturday snowstorm would just finish melting off today, then we could really get down to some serious Spring here in Kansas!!!
