When Logan Met Bliss

Thank you one and all for visiting me. I’m happy to report there have been no more bear sightings since Mountain Man fired his shotgun. Yesterday was a fabulous spring day so I decided to take Logan for a hike to the log landing. I’m still not ready to go deep into the woods just yet. We decided to take along a small friend and here’s the pictures. No words today for you but I’m captioning it as a children’s story for Grit and that has been lots of fun.

“I hope the day will be a lighter highway for friends are found on every road.” Elton John

If you want to read the children’s version, let me know and I’ll send you a link when Grit publishes it. And thanks everyone once again for sharing your comments about ticks, bears, bugs, life and everything in between. You are all my joy.

It appears from the looks on Logan’s face that he feels the need to keep an eye on wee Bliss. A very protective eye.

Sara, those are great pictures. What kind of camera do you use? It’s a great setup you have with a blog off a website. Do you have to pay for that kind of a setup?

It looks like Spring has come to your neck of the woods. I finally planted those shivering tomato, pepper, and cucumber plants. It was a pleasant 70 degrees yesterday and today it was a wonderful 75 degrees. I’ve been outside all day long working on projects. It’s a wonderful day in the neighborhood (Mr. Rogers).

That is one small pony. Is it full grown? It looks like Bliss and Logan are indeed best of friends.

Have a great day

What a delicate tiny horse! So adorable. Love those pictures of two gorgeous animals communicating with each other in their own way.

Aw… that is so great. I wonder what they think of each other. Does the dog know that this is a horse of the right size? Hope your Grit story does well. For money, I hope?
