The sun came out today! I hadn’t seen it in so long, it kind of blinded me but I’m not complaining. Hmm, maybe bathing suit weather is on it’s way. Time to get back in shape. Let’s go.
Start off by stretching and reaching for the sky. Make sure you can feel the stretch. Can you feel it? Good. Hold it another minute. Feel that burn.

Time now for leg lifts, on a balance beam if you dare.

For those of you who are bored easily, working with ropes adds another dimension to your stretching routine.

Maybe you’d like to add some role playing to your workout. Why not pretend you are a cowboy or maybe a snake charmer and swing the rope around. Work those neck muscles!

All warmed up. Now it’s time for serious sports. What about tobogganing?

No snow you say? Well, then pretend you’re surfing, riding those waves, wind blowing your hair, looking fine, feeling fine. Remember to show everyone how good you are at balancing.

Whew, that was exhausting! What a workout! Time for a rest. But remember, always pick up and put away your equipment.

Thanks for visiting us everyone. I hope your days are filled with amazing moments. And remember, stretch, breathe and play!

So that’s how it’s done. What a great workout and I’m exhausted just watching you.
Have a terrific day and enjoy the sun.

Adorable photos. Great to see clear blue sky and sunshine in your photos…and very little snow.
It’s amazing what lovely weather can do for one’s mood, brightens them right up.
Uh, I guess the Turkey Toboggan Team wasn’t too upset that their profession toboggan was used, albeit temporarily, for an exercise routine?

Oh fooh, I left out the “al” on professional. A case of fingers not being able to keep up with my brain, but guess that’s better than having it the other way around. lol

What a beautiful horse! Great lesson on exercising. I’ll try it when and if the sun ever comes out in my neck of the woods! You’ve been having excess snow–we’ve been having rain!

Did your horse learn about exercise from you…I’m assuming he/she is just copying all your efforts! Such wonderful photos and dialogue.
I can see your spirits have perked up in this good weather.
I did poetry today.
