Clouds Redux

Thanks so much for sharing your Easter day stories with me. I enjoyed hearing about what everyone did and it sounds as though you all had a great time. There’s nothing unusual happening here at the moment. Mountain Man is busy with odds and ends and I’m working with Khrysta and trying to get some writing done. Kind of in a lull and when that happens, I revert to cloud pictures so here on a day of sunshine and threatening storms are our Northeast Kingdom clouds.

Mountain Man got his yearly haircut yesterday.

And there are signs of Spring.

Mountain Man has been busy making flooring which means lots of shavings for the stalls.

And, always, beautiful clouds.

How is your Spring?

Today is pretty nice and the next couple of days will be and then it gets cold again. More rain on the horizon, but that’s okay since we live in a desert.

I love your cloud pictures and it does look a bit threatening in spots. I love the flowers. Yes, that’s a beautiful sign of spring.

Hubby gets a haircut once a year? Really? Wow. Well, why not. You need to stay warm in the winter. Makes perfect sense to me.

Have a terrific day and a happy spring. :)

Just gorgeous here in east Tn! The horses and humans are loving it!
Tomorrow, we are in for great storms and a huge drop in temps. Our Dogwood Winter is here!

Take care, and give all your critters a hug from me!

I like the haircut….and the flowers! It is amazing to see the earth bloom with spring rains and warm sunshine. Everything seems to have blossomed in technicolor in a matter of days!! It’s nice to see color again.

So far we missed the rain. They kept predicting we’d get some the last 3 days so I took my umbrella every day and didn’t need it. Does Mountain Man like his hair cut? I like mine! Got it cut real short again for the summer. Our daffodils are up now too. I may take some to work for my desk.

Hello Mountain Woman! It was dang cold here today and terribly windy. Yesterday we turned on the AC to get rid of the humidity as it was a BEAUTIFUL day but today we had to turn the furnace back on. I’d just started spring cleaning so I didn’t want to start the wood stove again! Looks like spring has spring up there in your North East Kingdom…sure feels good doesn’t it. Mountain Man got his annual hair cut and my ‘mountain man’ had me shave his hair off and shape up his beard…looks like spring is here too. I hope you have another nice day tomorrow…take care.

With periodically getting lots of wind, warm days, cool days, rain, and sunshine it is definitely spring in South Dakota!!
I am VERY thankful we have missed out on the snowstorms that hubs and son ran through on their treks in the trucks.

The clouds have left here for today! YEAH! I need to see some sunshine. I have missed the sun horribly. It’s even so warmer, that helps also.
